• Unit Maintenance: Each unit owner is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their unit. This includes addressing any issues such as leaks, electrical problems, or other maintenance concerns promptly.

• Timely Resolution of Issues: If you are notified of a leak or any other issue originating from your unit, it is your responsibility to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. Residents being affected should not have to live with unresolved issues for weeks on end.

 

Neighborly Conduct

• Amicable Resolutions: We encourage all residents to handle maintenance issues amicably and cooperatively. Open communication and mutual respect are key to maintaining a harmonious living environment.

• Management Assistance: Should any unit owner fail to address a maintenance issue within a reasonable period, management will step in to ensure compliance with maintenance obligations. Our goal is to support all residents in maintaining their units and ensuring a comfortable living experience for everyone. If matters between unit owners are not resolved promptly, residents are encouraged to reach out to the management office for assistance. We are here to help facilitate resolutions and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
