Pets

 

  • Pet size is limited to 15 lbs pounds at maturity.

  • No pets may be kept on the balconies when the owner is not in the unit.

  • Owners must pick up all solid waste of their pet and dispose of properly.

  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after any of their pet incidents.

  • Pets are not to create a nuance or condition that disturbs or annoys other residents.

  • Pets have to be carried in the service elevator at all times.

  • No pets are allowed on the pool deck.

  • A veterinarian statement, including with at maturity and current immunizations must be in your personal file in the office.

  • Pets must be leashed and in control at all times.

  • Pets are the liability of the unit owner. Non-compliance of rules can result to fine(s) and/or eviction of the pet.

Construction/Contractors

 

  • Construction work in your unit must be done by a licensed and insured contractor.

  • Your contractor must register with the office.

  • Permitted Hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, unless an emergency arises.

  • Your contractor is your responsibility and must abide by our Rules & Regulations.

  • Plumbing repairs that require the buildings’ water supply to be shut off may only be done on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, by appointment only.

  • Please contact the office at least one week in advanced to schedule work.

  • Contractor will leave a deposit of $500 to be returned after inspection at completion of job.

  • It is the contractor’s responsibility to remove and dispose of all debris.

  • REMEMBER disposal of debris from work performed is full responsibility of unit Owner/Contractor and if not removed accordingly can lead to a fine.
